The personal data that we collect from our customers is requested when making a purchase or ordering products or services in one of our Angels Cosmética stores or on our website, when creating the customer area on the Angels Cosmética website, or when adhesion to an Angels Cosmética loyalty program. Some of the personal data are mandatory. Angels Cosmética will inform you of this obligation. The provision of incorrect or inaccurate data is the sole responsibility of the customer.

The collection and processing of personal data by Angels Cosmética has the following purposes (1.) Customer management, (2.) Marketing or Telemarketing, (3.) Definition of profiles, (4.) Video surveillance and (5.) Recruitment , which we detail below:

1. Marketing or Telemarketing, Angels Cosmética may process the personal data collected to send the respective holder information about products and services sold by it. 

2. Profiling, Angels Cosmética performs profiling based on information related to purchases made in our physical stores and/or in our online store. 

3. Video surveillance, the Angels Cosmética store has a video surveillance system,   properly signposted. Image recordings obtained by video surveillance systems are kept, in a coded register, for a period of 30 days from the respective capture, after which they are destroyed (without prejudice to conservation for a longer period in case of legal proceedings).

4. Recruitment, Angels Cosmética, during the personnel selection and recruitment process, collects and processes the personal data of the respective candidates. The personal data of any candidate will be kept for five years after their collection.

5. The personal data collected will also be processed to respond to questions, suggestions or complaints submitted by the respective owner to Angels Cosmética. In this case, personal data will be kept for two years after the last response from Angels Cosmética.
